Dorine Yang first joined Avenues in fall 2014 as a support teacher in the Early Learning Center (ELC), working in a nursery classroom. She returns in fall 2016 as an associate teacher in a Chinese section of nursery. Nursery students, like all students in nursery through grade four at Avenues, spend alternate days in a class conducted in English and in a class conducted in either Spanish or Mandarin Chinese.
