Marisa joined Avenues’ extended day program in fall 2014 as the head teacher for the kindergarten and first grade section of PlayLab. She comes to Avenues from TriBeCa Community School where she worked for the past five years as a collaborative teacher. While at TriBeCa, she also taught yoga and meditation in small groups.
